Las Vegas Strip To Be More Resident Friendly

 

MGM Resorts International recently announced a new arena in an area behind the Monte Carlo and New York, New York Hotel Casino.  Now they have announced they intend to invest $100 Million dollars to renovate the area along the strip in front of where the arena will be. There will be shops, restaurants and a public park.  The above photo is a rendering released by MGM Resorts on Wednesday April 17, 2013.  This will be an easy walk from the residences at Mandarin Oriental and Veer Towers.
